OV9282 is an OmniVision 1/4-inch global-shutter CMOS image sensor in the OmniPixel3-GS family, built for machine vision and motion capture. It is a 1MP 1280x800 monochrome sensor with NIR sensitivity and 3um pixels, hitting 120 fps over MIPI CSI-2 or DVP for distortion-free fast-motion imaging. Commonlands pairs M12 Lenses to its 4.53mm image circle and calculates the horizontal, vertical, and diagonal field of view.

Each field of view below is calculated for the OV9282 active area (3.84 × 2.4 mm) using our MCP server and Field of view calculator. The rectilinear formula FoV = 2 × arctan(dimension ÷ (2 × focal length)) is incorrect for many lenses as it doesn't include distortion.
