The CIL339 is a 3.9mm automotive-grade wide-angle M12 lens for 1/1.7" sensors at F/1.6. It gives you a 140° field of view across a 9.3mm image circle while still resolving 10-12MP at 1.85μm pixel pitch on sensors like the AR0823, OX08B40, and IMX678. That combination is hard to get in an M12 package, which is why this lens exists.

The optical stack uses three molded glass aspheres in a 4G+3MG construction. Those elements help the lens hold thermal stability across automotive temperature ranges without throwing away resolution. The distortion is -3% F-Theta at 9.3mm, which is unusually low for 140°, and the HDR stray-light optimization keeps ghost artifacts under control when sunlight or headlights point straight into the camera.

The lens is IP6K9K rated and uses a hydrophobic coating on the first lens surface. The aluminum barrel and all-metal cap hold up under vibration, pressure washing, dust, rain, and thermal cycling. Total weight is 11.8g.
