35mm C-Mount lens for up to 1.2" sensors such as IMX541

CIL555 is a 35mm C-mount lens for 25MP 1.2" sensors at 2.74µm pixel pitch. The longer focal length narrows the field of view to 31° at the 19.4mm image circle, which gives you more magnification at working distance. That makes the lens useful for detail inspection, character reading, and surface defect detection on smaller targets.

Distortion is -0.08% from rectilinear, so geometric distortion is basically out of the conversation for practical measurement work. The aperture adjusts from F/2.6 to F/16, and that range matters because a 35mm lens loses depth of field quickly. Try the calculator to plan aperture and working distance.

The lens uses all-glass construction and weighs 82g. This model has no front filter threads, so filtration has to happen at the camera or illumination side. The minimum working distance is 200mm, which leaves comfortable clearance for many line-side and bench inspection setups.

The lens uses the standard C-mount interface with 17.526mm flange distance and fits cameras running the Sony IMX541. The 35mm EFL is the longest focal length in the CIL55x 1.2" format series. You can pair it with the 12mm CIL552 and 25mm CIL554 if you want a multi-resolution inspection station.
