OV5647 sensor specifications and

OV5647 is the OmniVision 1/4-inch rolling-shutter CMOS image sensor used in the original Raspberry Pi Camera Module V1, and it remains common in 5-megapixel MIPI camera modules from Arducam and other makers. It outputs a 2592x1944 color array on 1.4 um OmniBSI back-illuminated pixels at 15 fps over MIPI CSI-2 or DVP.
