75mm C-Mount Lens for up to 1/1.7" sensors

The CIL579 is a 75mm C-mount lens built for 1/1.7" to 1/1.8" sensors resolving 8-12MP at approximately 2μm pixel pitch. Sensors like the Sony IMX678 and IMX568 pair well here. The adjustable F/3.0 to F/20 aperture gives you real control over depth of field, which matters when your working distance starts at 500mm and you need objects sharp from half a meter out to infinity.

This is a finite conjugate optimized design. The optical prescription was tuned for close-range imaging rather than the typical infinite conjugate assumption most C-mount lenses carry. The result is significantly better corner sharpness at shorter working distances. Distortion sits at 0.05% across the 8.9mm image circle, low enough to skip software correction entirely in most dimensional measurement setups.

All-glass construction in a 138g package. The C-mount A variant ships without an IR cut filter (CIL579-F3.0-CMANIR), so plan on using a sensor-side filter or one of our standalone optical filters if you need daylight color accuracy.
