25mm C-Mount lens for up to 1.1" sensors such as IMX253 Machine Vision Cameras

The CIL514 is a 25mm C-mount lens for 1.1" sensors like the IMX253 and IMX540. It resolves 12MP at 3.45μm pixel pitch, the iris adjusts from F/2.8 to F/16, and focus runs from 100mm to infinity. The 39° field on a 1.1" sensor gives you more magnification for fine detail inspection without pushing you into macro or telecentric optics.

The CIL514 measures -0.8% from rectilinear at minimum object distance. That number is low enough for dimensional measurement, PCB inspection, and other geometry-sensitive work. The lens is also optimized for finite conjugate use, so performance stays strong at real working distances instead of only looking good at infinity. Field curvature stays flat from 150mm out, which helps the corners stay sharp without forcing you to stop down harder than necessary. You can check coverage at field of view calculator

The lens uses an all-glass design in a 134g package. You can open the iris to F/2.8 when light is short, or you can stop down to F/16 when the scene has more depth than you want. The front takes M35.5x0.5 filters, so adding a polarizer or bandpass filter is straightforward. You can model the depth tradeoff at depth of field calculator

The standard C-mount thread fits FLIR, Basler, Allied Vision, iDS, and Lucid Vision cameras directly. The CIL514 also matches well with the CIL512 at 12mm and the CIL513 at 16mm when different stations in one line need different magnifications on the same 1.1" platform.
