IR-Cut-Off-Filter-Umschalter für S-Mount-Objektive / M12-Objektive

The CLA214-ICR is an IR cut-off filter switcher for M12 lenses with 20mm hole spacing and 14mm height. It carries a 0.21mm thick IRC filter plus a matched 0.21mm dummy glass, so a camera can switch between visible and NIR imaging without shifting the optical path. The D263T glass substrate has a T=50% cutoff at 645nm ±10nm.

You drive the switcher with a 3.3V-5.0V pulse for 100-500ms through the 2-pin 1.25mm JST connector on the 60mm lead. Red is positive and black is negative. Forward polarity opens the filter, and reverse polarity closes it. Coil resistance is 20Ω ±10Ω with a 3.0V starting voltage.

The magnetic motor mechanism is rated for a minimum 50,000 lifecycles, and production units typically exceed 100,000. The 14mm height fits many embedded vision camera stacks that need day and night switching but still have to live inside a compact enclosure.
