M12-zu-C-Mount-Adapter zur Verwendung mit M12-Objektiven und C- oder CS-Mount-Kameras

The CLA-M12-C-ADAPTER is a 6mm thick M12-to-C mount adapter that lets you use M12, or S-mount, lenses on C or CS mount cameras. The body is machined from aluminum, and you can remove it with a standard spanner wrench.

The adapter threads into a C mount camera body with 1"-32 TPI threads and accepts any M12x0.5 threaded lens. The 6mm thickness keeps the added back focal distance relatively small, but you still need to verify that the M12 lens can reach focus on the camera you are using. This part is purely mechanical. It does not change field of view, resolution, or image circle, because those still come from the M12 lens you install. Calculate your field of view to check coverage on your C mount camera sensor.

The adapter works with any of the 50+ Commonlands M12 lenses. It is especially useful in prototyping, where you want to test an M12 lens on a C mount camera before you commit to a board-level design with an M12 holder.
